At Cozy UAE, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture with care and attention. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Damaged on Arrival:
If your product arrives damaged while still in its original packaging, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

Damage Caused During Delivery:


If the item is damaged by our delivery team during transportation or assembly, we will take full responsibility and offer a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

If the item has been used, assembled, or installed.

If the damage occurs after delivery or assembly and was not reported immediately.

If the product has been fixed or altered after delivery.

If the product was purchased under a sale, custom order, or clearance category (unless damaged on arrival).

Return Process

You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage while the item is still in its original packaging.

Once verified, our team will arrange pickup and either replace the item or issue a store credit (based on availability).

Refunds

Refunds are not offered under any condition, unless:


We are unable to replace the damaged item.

The item is out of stock and no alternative is available.

 

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Important Notes

All returns must be in the original packaging and must not be used or assembled.

Cozy UAE reserves the right to inspect and approve all return requests before processing.

Failure to follow these conditions will result in the return being declined.
